Jazzmyn McCurdy

Jazzmyn is the Human Resources Manager at Freedom Recovery and plays a vital role in supporting both the team and the mission behind the work. Originally from Phoenix, Arizona, she brings a compassionate and people centered approach to everything she does. While she has not personally experienced addiction, her life has been closely connected to recovery through supporting the fathers of her children. Over the past four years, she has helped guide them off the streets and into detox and rehabilitation, giving her a deep understanding of the challenges individuals face and the importance of support, patience, and consistency.

Jazzmyn is passionate about helping others grow and become the best version of themselves, whether that is within the organization or in the lives of those we serve. She is driven by a genuine desire to support people through all of life’s challenges and believes everyone deserves the opportunity to succeed. Through her role in Human Resources, Jazzmyn helps build a strong, supportive team culture that reflects the heart of Freedom Recovery.
