Lynette Martinez

Lynette Martinez is a Colorado native whose life is rooted in compassion, encouragement, and genuine connection. As a Case Manager at Freedom Recovery, she brings a thoughtful and supportive presence to her work, helping individuals navigate challenges while connecting them with the resources and guidance they need to move forward. A rose gold, sparkle loving mother, Lynette carries a bubbly and charismatic energy into every space she enters and believes deeply in recognizing the beauty and goodness in others. One of her greatest joys is being a mother to her spirited and big hearted three and a half year old son, who inspires her daily to lead with love, patience, and purpose.
Raised by a strong and resilient mother and shaped by the experience of having a father who struggled with addiction and alcoholism, Lynette learned early the importance of support, understanding, and community. These experiences helped shape the compassion and empathy she now brings to her role as a Case Manager, where she works closely with individuals in recovery to help them build stability, confidence, and hope for the future.
Her passion for recovery work is deeply personal. Lynette often reflects on how meaningful it would have been for her family to have a supportive community dedicated to walking alongside her father in his recovery, offering consistency, care, and hope. That belief fuels her commitment to helping others today and strengthens her dedication to the mission of Freedom Recovery. She credits her boyfriend’s journey and dedication for introducing her to this work and helping ignite a calling she now embraces fully. Lynette is passionate about creating safe and welcoming spaces where individuals feel seen, valued, and reminded that healing and transformation are always possible.
