Vanessa Callas

Vanessa Callas is the Founder and Co-Owner of Freedom Recovery, a Colorado

Springs-based organization committed to helping individuals overcome

addiction, homelessness, incarceration, mental health challenges, and other

barriers to long-term success. As a woman in long-term recovery, Vanessa brings

both professional leadership and powerful lived experience to her work, inspiring

others to believe that lasting transformation is possible.

A lifelong resident of Colorado Springs, Vanessa has overcome significant

adversity, including addiction, homelessness, trauma, and personal loss. Her

recovery journey has shaped her into a compassionate advocate and dedicated

leader who understands the challenges many individuals face when seeking a new

path forward. Through her experiences, she has developed a deep commitment to

helping others find hope, healing, and stability in their own lives.

Grounded in faith and driven by a passion for service, Vanessa leads with
