Clinical Supervisor
Kenneth is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who serves as a Clinical Supervisor with Freedom Recovery. He brings a client centered, strengths based, and ethically grounded approach to supporting both clinicians and the individuals they serve. His focus is on helping the Freedom Recovery team provide compassionate, effective, and clinically sound care that promotes long term recovery and meaningful life change.
His professional experience includes working with adolescents, young adults, adults, individuals on the autism spectrum, and those navigating challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation, identity development, relationships, life transitions, and substance use. Kenneth is passionate about helping clinicians strengthen their confidence, clinical judgment, ethical decision making, boundaries, and ability to support clients through every stage of recovery.
Kenneth's supervision style is collaborative, supportive, and practical. Drawing from Person Centered Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, interpersonal approaches, existential therapy, and skill building interventions, he helps clinicians develop the tools needed to provide high quality care while maintaining their own professional growth and sustainability.
