Wesley Tresslar

Wesley Tresslar has lived in Colorado since 1992 and brings powerful lived experience to his work in recovery support. After more than 14 years in prison and many years in active addiction beginning in the early 2000s, Wesley experienced a life changing turning point after surviving an overdose while incarcerated in 2019. He was released in 2020 and, after a brief relapse two years ago, recommitted himself to recovery and has remained clean since. His journey has given him deep empathy and understanding for the struggles many people face.

Today, Wesley is passionate about helping people who are struggling, especially those facing addiction and homelessness. His experiences have shaped a strong desire to serve others who may feel overlooked or forgotten. Wesley believes in showing compassion, offering support, and walking alongside individuals as they work toward stability and a better future.
